Vets Golf
For the last couple of weeks the Vets have been playing social golf in the form of Ambrose’s while the handicapping system has been upgrading. This week we attracted 12 players for our 2 person Ambrose with the winners being Colin Mulligan and Dave Bearup. Runner up was Warren McCowen and Ian Taylor. Two NTPs went to Jon Cumming and one to Don Campbell.
We are now back to normal and starting next Monday is the week of golf. If you haven’t nominated and intend playing in one or all days please let Wal know ASAP.
I would like to congratulate the Bowling club on a very successful year last year and also thank them for the tremendous support they give to Vets golf. It goes without saying, we couldn’t do what we do without their support.
