Paulette has a degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, P.R. and has worked in international political campaigns as an adviser, strategist and film production consultant.
Having also been successful in residential development and project marketing, Paulette has also been running sales teams from our office for special projects based in the Philippines.

My Open Home
Phil has previously owned two independent real estate agencies based on Sydney’s Northern
Beaches and Central Coast. He also established a corporate office on the Far North Coast. A back ground in construction, exclusive lifestyle holiday managements and all aspects of property sales Phil saw the need for a better option for clients to save with more convenience during the list and sell process providing new technology and software.
Previously before moving to Wandsworth Phil was in special projects with Residential groups for the rezoning of their property. With his network of Tier 1 developers Phil was liaison to Woolworths, Aldi, Costco, B.P, McDonald’s and KFC for site acquisition and development. Regular residential community meetings with lawyers, senior town planners, architects, residential groups and State Planning Committees.
Phil also conducted sales of house and land packages between Melbourne, Queensland and Philippines from “the old general store” now our home office.

We operate throughout all of NSW in Residential, Rural and Coastal communities.
Phil holds a Class 1 Real Estate licence and attained his qualifications in Business Marketing and
Real Estate from Western Sydney University as well as a Certificate 4 in Real Estate.
